Nordic Aviation Capital DAC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is/are designated as a Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR“) in respect of certain personal data you provide to us. We disclose your personal data to:
- our third-party service providers who are responsible for managing this website and for providing services to you. These service providers are contractually restricted from using or disclosing personal data except as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
- our group companies.
We will disclose your personal data if we believe, in good faith, that we are required to access, use, preserve or disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation, a court or regulatory order or other statutory requirement.

Your personal data may be processed at our offices and those of our group companies. The personal data may also be processed on our document storage platforms which are located in the EU, Singapore, Hong Kong and the USA.

Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to this website, and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.
