Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announces the appointment of Mr. John Higgins and Mr. Yadin Rozov as non-executive Board Directors, effective 1 October 2023. Both were appointed as Board Observers in February 2023 with the intent of being formally appointed as board members later in the year as part of NAC’s board refreshment and succession plan. Consequently, in December this year, current board members Mr. Patrick Blaney and Mr. Martin Cooke will retire from the Board.
